The thing I miss the most about working in the big corporate environment at Vodafone is personal development. I am continuing to progress my own development, however I also get enormous satisfaction from helping people create personal development plans and challenge themselves to do and be more.  It is a great feeling to see their engagement and motivation rise as they understand more about marketing and the impact that they can make.
