How does the changing marketing technology landscape make you feel?

There’s a lot of marketing technology out there. Does it send your head spinning, scare you back into examining your brand or cropping images for social media use? Or does it make you leap into action, hungry to get it working for you?

Choosing the right marketing technology to suit your business will take some careful consideration. Since publishing my blog post B2B Marketing challenges for 2015, Scott Brinker at has updated his Marketing Technology Landscape graphic. There’s no doubt in my mind that this image will become one of the most talked about images this month.  Scott has produced this graphic 3 times now, with the number of solutions depicted increasing at an incredible rate:

  • 2011 – 100 companies
  • 2014  – 947 companies
  • 2015 – 1876 companies
