Brand Strategy Development for Cardea Homes
We created a new brand and marketing strategy that would help Cardea Homes introduce a new model for creating successful social housing projects and truly make a difference – changing the face of social housing. We started at the beginning, by conveying the brand purpose.
We positioned the messaging around “Everything we do starts with a conversation.” By understanding the requirements of commissioners, customers, providers and landlords, Cardea was able to create demand-driven solutions with real impact. It was also important to convey Cardea’s commitment to the local communities where they build social housing. All effort is focussed on helping people live more fulfilling lives in the community. For Cardea this means investing back into the community for much needed services. In Colchester, this led to the building of a new warehouse for the Colchester Foodbank.
Foodbank Langham Warehouse Launch event
We undertook Social media and PR activity to raise awareness of the event, which was covered by local radio, and the Colchester Gazette.
We hope this can become the new normal. Instead of social entrepreneurship being strange, why can’t we say, “Actually, we can all just lean a bit forward, and be a part of the solution.”
