Hostcomm turns to fully outsourced marketing services

The Challenge

Hostcomm had selected WDL to design a new website. The primary objective of the new website was to increase sales of solutions to large corporates. With this goal in mind, WDL recommended that KG Moore get involved, knowing that a new design was not enough to achieve the objective.

This was how we started working with Hostcomm. As our relationship grew over time, we were presented with more challenges to help them overcome, including the development of brand hierarchy, SEO for predictive dialler solutions and supporting the sales team with a steady flow of leads.

The Solution

Initially, KG Moore worked with Hostcomm to help develop a new site map which would help to clearly communicate the products and service that Hostcomm offered to both businesses and corporates. Keyword research was also undertaken as well as competitor research. The information gathered was used to provide guidance on new content that was needed for the site.

KG Moore’s involvement grew as we were asked to develop the design brief for WDL for the development of a refreshed brand for Hostcomm.  In addition, KG Moore provided guidance on work required to develop a key value proposition.
